As an Associate Software Engineer on the Platform team at VNG Corporation, I am responsible for building, developing, and managing enterprise infrastructure.

Highlights

• Develop Software as a service that delivers infrastructure resources (Redis/Kafka/MySQL clusters,...) over a few minutes to deliver product quickly without compromising autonomy.
• Develop and maintain common services and provide as managed services.
• Implement hybrid cloud and disaster recovery solutions.
• Define, rolling out, decommision, improve Technical Stack
• Detect ZaloPay issues, complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, propose solution and track solution implementation.

• Develop a monitoring platform, measure mean time to resolution (MTTR) and service level agreements (SLAs), track technology maturity, and introduce new technology to improve or replace parts of the current technology stack.
